2 Cups water
1 Tbsp Chicken Base
2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced, Chopped Fresh Fennel
1 Packet Ideal Protein Mushroom Soup Mix
Add the chicken base to the water and bring to a boil. Add the mushrooms and fennel and put on a lid. Cook until veggies are tender, about 5min. Take off the flame and stir in the soup mix with a whisk.
